s/o-Surveyor Recommendations
So because of a wording issue on the current deed, we need to find a surveyor. Anyone have a recommendation?

We used J.R. Gales and Associates. When we purchased our land. We also used them for setting the pins for our construction.

I think it varies based on the size of the lot. I can't recall for sure, but I think ours was around $1,200. Typically they'd be lower, but we had 8 acres surveyed and had them set the pins for our construction.
Thanks Amy for the price idea. We have 6.5 acres, although we don't need pins set for construction I would like it staked so we have an idea since there is 22 vacate acres next to us.
