Re: Healthy Living Ladies!
How was your weekend? Ok I guess, made some tasty scape pesto. Also went to lunch and saw This Is The End with a friend.
Struggles/Successes? Success: I did start (gasp) jogging. I went Sunday morning so I could plan how long it would take me and am going to try and go MWF in addition to Zuma TuTh. I figure if I plan for 5 days and something comes up where I miss 1 or 2 days of working out I still have the other days.
Struggle: I think I'm going to give up on WW. I was going to switch to My Fitness Pal for a while, but I'm just REALLY tired of measuring and tracking everything I eat. I'm going to try laying off for a while and see how I do with being mindful of what I eat and additional exercise.
Plans for the week? Nothing big. I'm hoping to try a new restaurant with H tomorrow night. No plans for the weekend.

What's your favorite summer fruit/veggie? Any berries and watermelon!

(for example 50% protein, 25% carb, 25% veggie) It's hard to say. There's usually more than a serving of veggies, and I try to stick to one serving of carbs, but those can take up more room! If I make a pasta dish, then it's usually pretty carb dominant.
