Final update
I'm officially spotting- the bleeding got even worse over the weekend and so I decided to go ahead and start the progesterone she gave me to stop the bleeding. She said it would take 5-20 days for it to stop but I took the first pill yesterday and today I'm all but stopped.
The bad news is the Dr and I agreed that I did in fact miscarry. I had low progesterone in the first trimester with LT and had to have suppositories and I have heard that if you need it during one you are more likely to need it in future pregnancies. I am seriously wondering if that caused it. Going forward I am just going to need to be extra vigilant about watching myself and getting in early.
