My husband and I are trying to buy a new home. We are looking for the lowest rates and wanted to know if anyone has used http://www.foundationmortgage.net/
Thanks for the advice we have been looking for over 2 years now and it seems rates have gone up quickly!

A low rate is important, but also keep in mind the customer service and ease of access when choosing a mortgage lender.
While rates may be slightly higher at a well-known, well-established lender, you are buying into a vetted company with years of experience.
But to answer your question, OP, I have not heard of this lender and I would not use a lender I had never heard about. Also, having a lending career before SAHM-hood makes me shy away from lenders with only online presences.
