Thanks for asking this! I'm curious what others say. I'm cutting out/back on milk to see if that makes a difference since it seems like that is a common culprit. This has helped, too - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1kQ-7gREcM
Have you tried gas drops? They don't solve the problem, but they help G about 50% of the time.

Gas drops are the same here, 50/50. I'll check out the video.
