If my Facebook and Instagram profile is private, no one can see it right? I mean, unless you're some sort of hacker, you can't see pictures or posts, am I correct? I mean, people can't use Facebook pics/posts in a court of law, right?
Crazy, you have no real expectation of privacy on the internet. Anything can be subpena, including facebook photos I"m sure. If you don't want a judge getting a hold of it, take it down. And make sure you aren't tagged in any of your friends photos either, that show you doing stupid ***.
Yes they can. I've seen them used in court. If this is even real, your ex can probably use these posts against you. You're not as "anonymous" as you think anywhere on the internet.
Get a job and pay your ex-husband the money you owe him.
Although, I suspect this is lousy attempt of trying to gain "Troll" status.
Of course not! What happens on Facebook stays on Facebook. Everybody knows that. Nothing bad has ever come of pictures on Facebook....

When you've been married this long, you need a ticker to remind you.
Someone else may not be able to print them & use them against you in court if they are denied access to your page, but that doesn't mean that a supeona can't be served requiring full access to your page.
Anything you don't ever want used against you for whatever reason, should never be put on the internet. fyi...there is nothing stopping someone who does have access to copy a pic you have posted and posting it to their page or somewhere giving everyone who has access to a computer access to that photo or information.
Man with all this time you spend making up stuff, I bet your kids are getting all the love and attention they need. Back away from the computer and go spend what little time you have left on the outside and spend it with your kids. DUMMY
Yes you can use them in court. At my job we do it all the time
yes. Going through a divorce now, and I was told anything you post, etc etc CAN be used against you. Its 100% public and my lawyer requsted acess to monitor my Facebook.
Yes, they can use anything and will find it. Not to mention, you posting all this stuff here could be found out as well, so they'll see you asking random strangers on the internet how to break the law and get out of paying what you owe. You're an idiot.

Have you gotten a job yet?
Grow up & stop spewing MUD. Are you seriously an adult?
What kind of of pictures are we talking about?
Please tell me that they're all of you taking lavish vacations while carrying around Louis Vuitton bags and wearing Gucci sunglasses.
I'm more than willing to start validating people's ideas when they start having ideas worth validating

LOL.
Have you ever heard of the NSA?
There isn't anything you do online that is totally private.
