Re: How MM was your weekend?
Fri- Parents house $0
Saturday- Engagement Party $100 gift (but had money put aside already)
Sunday- Stayed in $0
Total- I'd say $0!!
This is my first MM weekend post..
Friday: Sushi dinner $45
Saturday: One-year olds birthday party- gift $30. MMA fight (H's co-worker is an MMA fighter) $40 for tickets (prepaid) another $42 at the bar.
Sunday: Chipotle dinner $13.
Not very MM, but hey, at least I'm not being sued by my ex-husband.
Friday: $10 for H's lunch out, $53 for gas, $110 for groceries.
Saturday: $5 for breakfast, $14 for clothes at a garage sale, $1.50 at Redbox.
Sunday: $0
Total: $193.50. Not too bad for us, since gas and groceries are budgeted items. Take those out, and we only spent $30.50. Probably one of our best weekends in a while.

Fri- DH's suit pants getting hemmed- $12. Dinner out with some girlfriends- $25.10
Sat- Shopping- $35.09. We went to Outback for dinner, but had a gift card. Then went out for drinks and dancing with friends- $49
Sun- Groceries for dinner- $19.09. Bottle of Jack Daniel's for dinner- $22.04
Total- $162.32. Not great, especially since most of it went on my credit card, which we were hoping to have paid off by this weekend. Oops!!
We also bought a new washer and dryer at a HUGE discount. The MSRP was 1300 per unit, but we got both for less than 1500 thanks to DH's job. Woohoo!
We did pretty well considering we ate almost all of our meals out this weekend - or pretty bad because we didn't cook at all.
Friday - $7 on lunch at school, $13 on pizza for dinner
Saturday - $0, or negative? We spent the day painting at a friend's new house and they bought us lunch and dinner
Sunday - $65 on groceries, $13 on dinner
Total - $98

Friday- 0
Saturday- went to visit family... so $30.63 in gas to get there and back, $8.48 in food
Sunday- DH went golfing with my brother, so.. $57 for golf, $13.25 for food for him, Me- $10 in food , $23.60 for dinner
So- $142.96 for a weekend with the family
I like the idea of this thread, I need to start keeping up with this.
My weekend was very spendy but most of it went to bills and groceries.
Saturday:
Rent (all utilities except electric are included): $375
Electric: :$48.50
Roommate: $20 (paying her back for the $20 she loaned me)
Charter cable: $22.54
Kindle book: $12.55
Waffle House: $10.09 (breakfast with BF)
Stevi B's pizza: $8.86 (lunch/dinner with BF)
Gas station: $3.58 (Coke for BF and Gatorade drink for me)
Sunday
ATM withdraw: $100 (to loan to my parents, I will be getting this back on Wednesday)
Steak N' Shake: $20.64 (dinner with BF)
Groceries: $59.06
Gas: $10
Wow. I spent a grand total of $590.82 (not including the loan to my parents). Sigh. Now that I've written it all out, I should have cut back on the restaurants and the kindle book.
Ah well. Hopefully next weekend will be better.
Can I join in? I've never done this before...This weekend wasn't awesome, but it wasn't that bad either.
Friday:
$95 for dog food, cat food and kitty litter (ridiculous isn't it?)
$53 for groceries
Saturday:
$50 for H's massage (my treat to him, although we think we're going to have to add this to the budget since it really helps his back pain)
Sunday:
$55 on H's meds at the pharmacy
Total: $253, although H worked overtime on Sunday, so he pretty much made up for all the money we spent this weekend.
Not so great for me again:
Friday: $220 buying a new vacuum and blinds for our whole main floor, along with some other odds and ends that we needed for the house (we took advantage of a 15% off coupon for the store we needed the stuff from), $30 for gas
Saturday: $0
Sunday: $30 for gas (we drove to the other side of the state and back), $35 for some new clothes at Old Navy
Total: $315
I'm hoping this coming weekend we can get away with spending $0.

Saturday - $3 at mcdonalds
Sunday - $55 at grocery
