As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Will Facebook pics hold up in court?
If my Facebook and Instagram profile is private, no one can see it right? I mean, unless you're some sort of hacker, you can't see pictures or posts, am I correct? I mean, people can't use Facebook pics/posts in a court of law, right?

Crazy, you have no real expectation of privacy on the internet. Anything can be subpena, including facebook photos I"m sure. If you don't want a judge getting a hold of it, take it down. And make sure you aren't tagged in any of your friends photos either, that show you doing stupid ***.

Yes they can. I've seen them used in court. If this is even real, your ex can probably use these posts against you. You're not as "anonymous" as you think anywhere on the internet.

There isn't anything you do online that is totally private.
Someone else may not be able to print them & use them against you in court if they are denied access to your page, but that doesn't mean that a supeona can't be served requiring full access to your page.
Anything you don't ever want used against you for whatever reason, should never be put on the internet. fyi...there is nothing stopping someone who does have access to copy a pic you have posted and posting it to their page or somewhere giving everyone who has access to a computer access to that photo or information.

yes. Going through a divorce now, and I was told anything you post, etc etc CAN be used against you. Its 100% public and my lawyer requsted acess to monitor my Facebook.
