Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I feel like it's such a slow week with it being a holiday week and lots of people are on vacation.
What are you doing for the 4th? or if you're a Canadian resident, what did you do on Monday??
Anyone currently on vacation and want to make the rest of us jealous?
If you're not on vacation this week, any plans for vacation in the near future??

What are you doing for the 4th? or if you're a Canadian resident, what did you do on Monday?? I think we're going to check out the local fireworks on Thursday. As of right now I'm working on Friday (bummer) but we're planning to go to Maine Friday night through sunday.
If you're not on vacation this week, any plans for vacation in the near future?? Just weekend trips to Maine. I'm taking a week or so off for Labor Day which will be nice

What are you doing for the 4th? or if you're a Canadian resident, what did you do on Monday?? Well H & I live in florida now so I am sure there are a lot of place that have fireworks.
Anyone currently on vacation and want to make the rest of us jealous? H doesn't start work till July 6th and I do not start till the 8th so I guess we are just relaxing and stuff before we start work again.
If you're not on vacation this week, any plans for vacation in the near future?? We will probably be going to the beaches a lot
What are you doing for the 4th? or if you're a Canadian resident, what did you do on Monday?? After my husband gets home from work tonight we are driving to my parents house for the weekend. My nephews from Maryland (I live in Michigan) are here and my their parents (my brother and sister-in-law) will get in tonight. We will just do a family picnic at my parents house (they have a nice deck and pool) and watch fireworks somewhere. This is what we do pretty much every summer.

If you're not on vacation this week, any plans for vacation in the near future?? Our next vacation will be the end of this month/beginning of next month. We are headed out northwest Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska. We are going to an indoor water park and the zoo, while in Omaha. It is to celebrate my FIL's 60th birthday. All of the kids and grandkids will be going. My husband is from northwest Iowa, and we usually take a trip out there every summer.
