I'm a bit out of practice going to fancy weddings.
Invite says "formal reception." Reception is at Top of the Tower.
What do I need to wear? I'm guessing formal reception doesn't require a long dress...but maybe it does?
How bout the hubby? Can he wear a dark suit with a white shirt and formal tie or does he need a tux?
Re: Wedding attire question
Formal attire to me means black cocktail dresses and heels. Black tie means long dress.
But that's me. I have no formal training
Thanks all. I was leaning towards a short but fancy dress. Thanks for confirming. It's early September so I thought long would be hot.
Now to get to Nordstroms for dress shopping (and to buy DH a new shirt and tie).
