Going running tonight...

Two years ago DH (then FI) and I used to run around 25 miles a week?! ( I can't believe we did that)  We have fallen off the horse and need to get back on!!

If you are driving along the river and see someone laying on the side of the road, it's just me.  I will get up eventually!

Re: Going running tonight...

  • I was that girl who tried to have a sick day when the mile came around in high school.   I actually really liked it when we were in the swing of things and we were doing it constantly.  Then I got sick on January and everything stopped.  Then the wedding happened and we never started up again.  Now the wedding is over and our lives are a little bit more normal.

So H said it was time to start again.  If you are ever interested couch to 5k is a really good way to go.  They tell you how to start running and how to get into it.  Pretty neat.  Although I would never ever in a million years call myself a "runner".
