We just started fostering this little guy who came in as a stray to a shelter in TX, was very timid so they wanted him out, and Wonder Weims (the rescue I volunteer with) agreed to take him when I volunteered to foster. He is the sweetest guy ever! Guessing a Weim/Pit mix. They said he was 5 month, but I think he could be younger.
Snugglin with his foster dad.

You guys are great to foster him! Best of luck with the little cutie!

Now I am remembering why I didn't want another puppy! He is still a total sweetie, but is becoming much more confident and starting to do all the wonderful puppy chewing ...
DH also now wants to keep him, not gonna happen. I would love to, but I can't help feeling how selfish it is for us to just adopt him, when there are good families out there who would give him a wonderful home. Then we can foster more!
I couldn't help myself here's another of his precious face!
That face! So sweet!!
I'm sure once you guys have gotten some training going and he starts figuring things out, the chewing will slack off quite a bit! In the meantime, the crate and plenty of puppy-safe chews are the answer when no one's home, and giving him lots of exercise and commands to practice will wear him out so he won't even think about chewing!
