give yourself a shot?
I'm on day 3 of doing it and I'd rather give myself the shot then have Ben do it for me. I can control how quickly I stab myself and I worry he'll be too rough...
could you do it?
Re: Could you ever?
I'd rather do it myself than let Shawn do it.
How's it going?
The Rowdy Roberts
It probably will!! Good luck with everything.
I've been thinking about this and I think I could, depending on where it is.
I'm such a baby when it comes to eye drops, though.
they go in the belly under, a little under and to either side of my belly button. you have to grab your fat, stab yourself, let go of fat, and inject.
the one med Follistim is easy, but the Menopur kinda burns when it goes in.
The Rowdy Roberts
Ouch, that sounds like a painful spot.
I think i'd rather it there than in the leg or the butt. some people have to inject their meds into muscle and the thought of that makes me cringe

Its a regular straight needle right? Not epi-pen style? Is it straight in or subdermal (right under the skin)? I had to give my mom shots of heprin like that for a while.
Honestly, I would have to get my self mentally prepared for that every time. Chris might do it because he knows how important it is. He gave me Embrel injections twice a week for 6 months, but they were the epi style.
yep subdermal. seeing the needle go in is more bothersome than the actual feel of the needle.

I had to give myself shots, it does get easier after a while. I just did it myself.
I have been reading your blog, but I still cannot post!
