Products you love & Products you dislike
I don't think we have done one of these in a while...
What are some products you are absolutely loving right now and couldn't live without?
What are some products you dislike?
Also - Registry related...
What is your favorite thing you received off of your registry?
PIP for all products a plus!!!
After awhile, you just want to be with the one who makes you laugh. - Mr. Big
Re: Products you love & Products you dislike
I just bought Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Oil Lavendar Mint Shampoo and Conditioner. It is pricy, but I love it.
I am also addicted to those Unstoppables (Unbeatables?) - the little beads you throw into the washing machine. Now if my laundry doesn't smell like it, I feel like it is not really clean.
Almay Dial Up Mascara is great. I mean, I have switch betwee 3 or 4, but this one is consistently the best for daily use without needing an eyelash curler.
Our A&A blankets! They are perfect for summer and the exact right size for swaddling.
Also loving the Babyganics lotion. It smells sooooo good!
Couldn't live w/o our pack n play.
The K'tan is awesome!
Not loving the Primo eurobath - I would recommend just getting an infant tub w/ a sling or something. This thing is a monster and G slides around in the infant side. By the time he's big enough for the toddler side he might as well just use the regular tub.
We haven't used the swaddlemes as much as I thought we would. The A&A blankets seem to work better for us.
Also, the receiving blankets we got are kind of useless. They are good for covering up in the stroller or carseat, but they're so small and hot for summer.
.
I'm loving Sabra spinach and artichoke hummus! I never thought I liked hummus and then a friend recommended this one... LOVE!
I'm also loving M's blow-up kiddie pool. I don't even know the brand, it was like $9 at Walmart. She loves playing in it!
Favorite item from my registry was probably the vibrating bouncy seat. Ours isn't anything fancy, just the basic Fisher Price one. M loved it and it was easy for me to carry it from room to room when she was tiny.
Unstoppables! I love those too!
yes
GET THESE (or any other disposable changing pad):
I swear by these. I use them ALLLLLLL the time. For one thing, until you become a pro at changing a dirty diaper, when you're at home, this saves you from having to change your changing pad cover so often. Secondly, I use them when we're out in public and it keeps me from having to set my kid down on something that's not sanitary (public changing tables, backseat of my car, etc).
the A&A burpy bibs were an awesome gift at my shower that i didn't even know about. i wanted more but by the time i was getting ready to buy them LO had grown out of his NB prefolds so i just switched to using those as well, which were awesome also.
we didn't swaddle since he hated it, so swaddle blankets, swaddleme's and all of that was useless.
as for other products...i've got nothin. i don't buy anything for myself really, so.....if it isn't a food, i'm no help.
I bought these intending to use them as diapers, but I just use them as burp rags and under his butt for diaper changes. So glad I bought them!!!
I actually wish I had this bath. E hates laying down in the bath, but he doesn't know to look up when I need to rinse his hair so I need a tub or something where I can lay him down just for that part. My current tub kind of allows that, but not in a very practical way. I need to figure out how to manage the hair washing because baths lately have involved a lot of tears.
To make you feel my love.
Love: snugabunny swing, fisher price bouncy seat, ktan, graco pnp with newborn napper, travel system (britax b agile/b safe). Those were all from our registries.
Dislike: baby pants (its been too hot, he just wears onesies, rompers, or a t shirt), baby mittens (never used them)
Loving: Maybelline Purestay make-up. So sad that it is being discontinued.
Disliking: Burts Bees Soap Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream. I bought this on a whim and it is absolutely terrible.
From my registry: Tough to choose just one item. Early on I loved my Boba wrap. I loved the stretch and how snuggly it was. For a NB I think it is my favorite way to wear a baby. But now that E is older I'm loving my ring sling and my Boba 3G. I use them all the time for trips to the zoo, to the store, and for long walks. I also really love my Clevamama towels. They basically are quality hooded baby towels that snap around your neck like an apron so that you can scoop your baby up out of the tub without getting wet.
To make you feel my love.
