Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Job Update/ Slight Vent
So after talking to HR, I was advised to write a letter explaining that I have not, and cannot, make a decision at this time about whether I will come back 32 hours a week or not at all, but that I am okay with a temporary position being posted and will train that person to cover while I am on leave, and I will be letting everyone know my decision toward to end of leave.
My boss did not seem happy, like at all. She even asked me who I talked to in HR, but when I told her it was the big boss, she dropped it and moved on to other work topics/projects.
I know she's only mad because if I don't come back she'll have to post a permanent position and that will be an extra step and more work for her. It's amazing to me that when we hired her she seemed to be 100% for her staff, and now she seems to fake it and has become a slacker with work. Idk, I am just glad that conversation is done. Now I can just work the next two months and not deal with this again until I'm on leave.
