How's everyone's work outs going?
I went to the gym Monday and Wednesday last week, and I count cleaning the crap out of our bedroom and bathroom Friday as a work out! I think I was sweating more than I do at the gym. Back to the gym last night, tomorrow and Thursday. Probably rest Friday and go back Saturday.
I started a 100 push up challenge, but I think I pulled a muscle in my lower abs last week. So I started a plank challenge to strengthen those then restart the push ups!

Re: Toning Tuesday
I've been getting it in since I know I'll be off the workouts for a couple of weeks.
Thursday I did an Insanity workout and then an hour of zumba.
Saturday -1.5 hours toning and zumba
Sunday - canoeing (thats moving/healthy)
Monday - RIPPED 1 hour
and I'm going to try to go running several times at the gym this week. we'll see how I feel. last night during my workout I was very nauseous and it kicked my a$s. I blame the meds.
Saturday morning I'll miss my class because I have a doctors appt. so I might go to RIPPED on Friday night
