School or Keep the house.... Choices and Advice??
Hey Fellow Nesties!!! My husband and I are currently living in a brand new house that we love.... but the only problem is it is really weighing us down financially... we cant even afford to go on a date night hahahha

our house needs a yard and stuff put in still and we don't know when we will be able to afford that
Soooo we are currently discussing whether or not we should just sell the house and move to a completely new place.... mind you we are 20 years old, no kids, and are looking for an adventure together. We are debating whether or not we should take a leap of faith and move 5 hours away from all families and get a college education....
What would you guys dooo........ loose a cute house that you got a killer deal on and keep working dead beat jobs or move to an apartment and down size a lot but get a college education??

Re: School or Keep the house.... Choices and Advice??
Yes, this. Absolutely no question.
If you can't afford the house, then you didn't get a "killer deal" on it; you got hosed.
You're twenty. Sell the house, move five hours away, get drunk, fall down, meet new people, travel to strange places and do weird things. But, go live. Another house you can afford will come up - promise - and in a time when it's appropriate.
this. You don't want to start out living beyond your means, because ultimately that will cause trouble i your marriage.
Lose the house.
Find a cheap apartment.
Go to college.
Graduate.
Get good jobs.
Travel and be young.
Do not have kids yet.
Save money.
Then buy a house you can afford.
