Hi ladies,
One of my friends has a sister who had triplets. She had purchased 3 of these of these bassinets but only got to use them for 1 month since they were in NICU. She's offering them for $65 each. Do you know anything about this particular one? Do you know a baby product rating sight? I'm not sure what to do. Thanks!

Sorry I can't make it clicky.
It's called The First Years Carry Near Me 5-in-1 bassinet or something like that

Re: 5-in-1 Bassinet
I don't know anything about this or anyone who has used one, but are you planning to use it for naps, overnight, just a place to put baby for a minute?? To me personally it seems really strange that they have so many rules on cribs (no bumpers, no blankets, nothing in the crib at all, etc...) in order to allow proper airflow and prevent SIDS, but there doesn't seem to be any sort of regulation on something like this.
Also, can't tell the size, but it doesn't seem like a baby would fit in it comfortably for too long. I'm guessing even when her triplets came home, they weren't that much bigger (if at all) than an average newborn so I wouldn't expect you to get much more than a months use out of them either.
Just my random babbling thoughts...
ETA: I just looked up more pics on it and it does seem to have mesh by the head which is probably good. And it seems to have a lot more purposes than just using it for overnight sleeping. So if you need some where to put baby that you can transport around the house easily, it may be a good option.
.
thanks! I was actually starting to think twice about it because it's too frilly. I think i want something simpler because all that extra stuff doesn't seem safe to me.
