Re: Weightloss Wednesday
Doing ok. I gained during TOM, but I'm back working out. I went Monday to the gym, and hope to go tonight, tomorrow and Saturday.
I started a 100 push up challenge, but I pulled a muscle in my lower abs... so I decided to focus on my core with a plank challenge I saw on pinterest then get back to my push ups. It's something quick and easy I can do at home whether I hit the gym or not.
Haha I'm a walking fail too! I only make it even remotely close to 10K steps is when I go to the gym. My desk job and all this rain isn't helping. I have been getting in our dog walks in the morning. Even then sometimes I pup is like eh... I'd rather sleep. Me too buddy, me too!
I'm happy I didn't gain while we were out of town for the 4th. I call that a win!
And, most days my fitbit tells me I fail at walking too! I'm trying to get H to be more active, so hopefully evening walks will be in our future! And, like Mana, the rain is really hindering my outside activity.
We have been back to the gym again this week. I haven't lost anything yet...I have actually gained.
It's not even like I can say that my clothes fit better because they fit the same. It is so frustrating!!
As for my fitbit, it said I was a failure at walking so I changed it from 10k steps to 5k steps. I think that I might up it to 6k though.
