Thanks ladies! I'm so nervous about strangers going through my house.
We found the perfect house in Middletown. We've looked at it twice and have talked to their realtor about putting in an offer with the contingency that we need to sell our condo first but we haven't made the actual offer yet because she's on vacation until Saturday. Even if we don't get that house, I'm thinking we'll end up just below the canal.
We'll be neighbors! You'll love Middletown!
