Re: **Seipel**
We did pretty well. We showed 11, only one didn't make the cut in her class. The rest all placed. Our highest placing was 5th place! The majority placed in the top 20, but we did have a couple in the top 15. I had a few of my friends take home National titles, which was super exciting to be there for.
They have an auction called the Colorama sale to wrap things up. They do this after the wine and cheese event. You spend $5 and get all the wine, cheese and beer you can consume. I really wanted one of the kids they had on the auction. The next thing I know DH is jumping up and down bidding on this goat. He was double bidding himself, and was really hilarious. We did end up with her and I am really excited about that! I'll have to post pictures, she was top 5 in her class and super cute.
We ended up celebrating getting her the rest of the night. I think I'm still hungover! My experience at Nationals was so much fun. I can't believe a week of living in a barn flew by so fast. I'm looking forward to next year in Louisville, KY.
I would love that! As long as I'm not pregnant I'll be there!
He had both arms in the air and was literally jumping up and down, everytime he put a bid in. We were all in tears laughing at him. My dad wants to take him to farm auctions now for entertainment. DH is a very animated person.
