Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

the only restrictions I got was to go home and take it easy yesterday and to not exercise yesterday. they said I could resume normal activities when ever I felt up to it.
so here I am at work! honestly i'm a bit tired and not feeling 100% but i'm going to be in the office all day so I think i'll be fine. i'll head home if i'm not
