We have a contract on our house, and we close next Friday.
Weird question, that I can't find an answer to in our contract:
We have set of towel hooks, screwed to a white backer board, hanging in the bathroom rather than a towel bar. I really like it. Can I take it with me? Should I replace with a towel bar? Leave it there?
I made it myself because I couldn't find one I liked in the store.

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
From my understanding anything that is on the walls, must remain on the walls including window treatments.
SO..
leave the hooks or get something else to put there in it's place.
It's in our contract that curtain rods stay, but all other window treatments do not convey. We added that to the contract because I have nice curtains and I want my son's new room to look exactly, (or almost), like his current one to ease his transition.
My husband says the towel hooks are no different than a wooden shelf on the wall, that we are taking with us. His dad says we need to take it. I don't want to be rude to our buyers though.
I'm going to try and convince him not to take it down.
