Normal for symptoms to come and go? ETA
I actually felt good last night and this morning... It has me worried that something is wrong
Is it normal to get some relief from feeling sick and tired all the time?
ETA: Right after I posted this, I started spotting/light bleeding again

I agree with the pp. be happy!
My 24 7 nausea didn't come and go until about 18 weeks. It was miserable.
If you are feeling good, take it as an opportunity to have some real food and do something you have been wanting or meaning to do.
When you've been married this long, you need a ticker to remind you.

I see my family doctor August 6th. I am hoping to go with midwives so I may get an appointment with them first. I am 7 weeks today.

I'm sorry you are still dealing with spotting... I hope it's nothing.
The symptom issue is truly normal, and it bothered me too. I hope the next few weeks fly by to your appt.
Yes. With DS I felt sick most of the time, but there were periods of time when I would feel good.
This time I have felt good most of the time.
Try to relax. I felt better once I heard the heart beat.
