This is my new motivation. Keeps me going. I haven't lost a damn lb yet but I feel myself getting stronger and feeling confident...hopefully soon I will see a little on the scale or mirror!
Any others have a great quote that helps them?
"Anyone can be passionate, but it takes real lovers to be silly"
Re: Living Healthy Ladies
Have you tried taking measurements or taking photos every other week? Those might be more encouraging than the scale!
My zumba instructor likes to say "sweat is your fat crying" and "no one has ever drowned in sweat"
I haven't been doing much working out - other than carrying an 18 pound baby around - but my clothes are starting to fit better and I don't cry hysterically anymore when I see myself in the mirror LOL but the scale is not at all going down...
I like this!
