Mortgage
Our mortgage broker wants 3%, as his fee. I think that is really steep. As the mortgage process has gone on, he has added more and more, what I feel, are erroneous fees. The loan has gone to underwriting. What are our options now of getting out of this loan? We are in line to get a USDA loan. The loan hasn't gone that far. With all the fees associated with this loan, we can get a conventional loan and put the 5% down.
