What color nail polish?
What color nail polish would you use on your toes if you were wearing a blue dress and silver peep-toe wedges?
Hands will either be french or a super pale, barely noticable pink.

That being said, I'm not really a nail polish aficionado. But at my cousin's wedding, the bridesmaids wore blue dresses with silver peep-toe shoes, like you've described. Their pedicures varied in color from blues to pinks/peaches/reds. The dresses were long though, gown-length, so their feet weren't really on display.
I don't really like blue nail polish... don't really have a reason, but I just never choose it. And red with silver and blue seems like it's trying to be patriotic, and the dress is knee length so it'll be obvious. I think you're right - I'll stick with a sheer light pink color.
