What are you looking forward to?

I saw something semi-related to this on TB and it made me think about which little moments I am most looking forward to as LO grows (baby stage anyway... I could go on forever if I said every single thing).
Mom's to be: What are you excited to see your baby do for the first time?
Already mom's: What was/is yours and has it happened yet?
Mine:
- I can't wait to hear his laugh.
- I am excited for him to reach out for me.
- Hearing him say, "I love you."
Re: What are you looking forward to?
-Hear her laugh!
-see her smile
-I love it when all babies are in the stage that they can't crawl or turn over and all they do is kick. I can't wait to see her do that!
-watch her try to talk!
-saying daddy or mommy for the first time!

Seeing which qualities/features he gets from DH and from me.
Meeting him. I can't wait to meet him!
Seeing how our dog reacts to our baby. I know I am biased but our dog is pretty awesome and I am really excited to see the bond between our dog and the baby. I think our dog is going to LOVE him! I love the friendships that form between kids and their pets.
Hearing him call me Mom. And all the hugs and kisses.

Pretty much every new little thing they do is and will be awesome. It's just amazing to watch and see them growing and learning new things almost every day in the very beginning.

- grabbing my finger
- saying I love you and you're my best friend
- laughs
- pure joy on their faces when they see you

This for me too! Our dog is our first baby and we love him to pieces. I can't wait to see him with our son!

I can't wait to see who she looks more like, DH thinks she'll be blonde and blue eyed like me, my guess is brunette like her daddy with my blue eyes.
I can't wait for her noises and smiles, all her firsts, and seeing her interact with DH. I seriously cannot wait to see him as a daddy.
Right now, I am excite to see him and to cuddle him.
I am really excited for when he gets more responsive and we he to do fun things together like go to the zoo! It will be so fun to talk to him and have him talk back!!!
When you've been married this long, you need a ticker to remind you.

- Seeing DH hold them
- Being home for the first time
- First giggle and word
-baby smiles and laughs (they are the best)
-seeing their independent personality grow
DH can't wait to:
-take them to their first Penn State game
We were team green so I was super excited to just find out if we were having a son or a daughter and what he/she would look like! I was super excited for her 1st smiles. I also could see that she wanted to be able to play and move so I was super excited for her to be mobile.
I am looking forward to when she starts talking in sentences and I can hear what is going on in her head. To craft and bake with her and to teach her to cook. DH is very curious about what she will look like as she grows and what her voice will be. I want to know what she will be interested in. She lovesreading and dancing and I am curious if these will stick.
