Update
in GP Moms
So we just got back from the ultrasound and, unfortunately, we don't know much more than we did yesterday. Everything looks great; no soft markers or anything. However, I am still pretty early, so they are having me keep my anatomy scan appointment to get what they couldn't quite see and to keep an eye on the partial placenta previa. 
We opted to just do the Harmony test for now, however, as the chances that it is wrong is very low, and I was just so nervous about the amnio. If the Harmony test comes back positive, we will consider doing the amnio. Right now, however, we are just going to try to relax and enjoy our little GIRL.

Re: Update
TTC since May 2010. DX Unexplained IF. IUI #1 in August 2012. Clomid, Menopur plus Ovidrel. BFN. IUI #2 in September 2012. Clomid, Menopur plus Ovidrel. BFN. IUI #3 in October 2012. BFN. IVF in April/May 2013: BFP. Due February 2, 2014 Thank you God!
I was 17w when I had my first scan too. It was early, but there were definitely visible problems. The fact that you don't have those, and that there is a 99% change of no Downs, is probably a very positive sign.
I'll continue to keep you and your baby girl (is this new news? If so, congrats!!) in my thoughts and prayers.
