Re: Talk to me about gas
Smaller and more frequent meals instead of three larger meals. Eat slowly. Cut down on dairy (but don't completely cut it out).
You can also try Gas X, which is safe for pregnancy.
Gas is no fun, I hope you find relief soon! FWIW, I struggled with it a lot in the first trimester, but it was much better in the second trimester. And now in the third trimester it's back...lol At least now it's not painful like in the first trimester, just embarrassing.
I guess I should be glad that it's not embarrassing at this point, then. Just painful!

Yeah Im not sure which one is worse! Lol
Hahaha, this reminds me of something!
Lets just say DH and I had just eaten Qdoba and we went to this office place to get some paperwork for our business, i had just told DH "oh man that food isn't making my tummy happy" and he was sitting there filling out the paperwork and I don't know why I laughed and a loud one came out :-/ I wanted to cry and hide and DH goes "oh man, excuse me". It was so sweet cause he didn't even think about it.
Oh man I'm still embarrassed! Lol!!
LB- I second what SG said. It's gonna happen though, and it sucks sometimes!
Aw that was really nice of him!
To make you feel my love.
Right? Aww, I love that man! Even if he still laughs about it. Lol!
I'd stay away from Gas X. No medications are actually "safe" in pregnancy. Rather, they just have had no adverse effects reported. Medications are not tested on pregnant women so its best to stay clear unless you have to. Just my 2 cents.
Lay on your left side, that opens up the GI tract and will help let it out. Also rubbing your stomach counter clockwise should help.
Yep. I find laying down really helps. Also, maybe some ginger tea?
I find that yogurt with pre & pro biotics have been helping and also cantaloupe. I was not having issues with DS but this time, all I want to do is take a good poop.
5 cats. 1 baby.
Ahem, your siggy may need to be updated. Kthanksbai.
