As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Successes/Challenges of the week: Started as a good week...finally go back out to run since it cooled down just a bit and the c25k program to see if it will get me out of the rut ...BUT then I got sick so that kind of went to crap.
Goals for this week: Get back out to run at least twice before Sunday.

Had a hard time this weekend per usual, we were down the beach so it was hard to find time to work out and I tried to not over eat but still not as good as I am on the weekday.
Me and H are starting a weight loss challenge for August so hopefully it gets us really going. I am really struggling with his weight , it keeps me up at night Im so worry about it so hopefully making it a "challenge" will help he jump on my healthy living lifestyle.
Successes/Challenges of the week: Weekends are the worst also realize somethings I was gorging myself on. On the good side I went to the gym 4 times last week and Downloaded MFP!
Goals for this week: Get to the gym 4 times and track food with Myfitnesspal. Start doing squats.
