It's finally done!!! Closed!!!

The lender FINALLY funded and my title agency was able to finish everything up this afternoon.
Funny thing is, after some issues regarding if the hot water heater worked (appraiser forgot to flip the breaker on), the time I had to wait for my key worked to my advantage. My water heater leaked and caused damage to my floor in my storage unit and to the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor's unit. Because the bank was in posession until tonight, they are responsible to fix all damages!

I'm a firm believer that everythign happens for a reason, so I'm glad for you that the bank still had possession of the home!
It sucks that you have to deal with repairs right away, but it's good that you wont have to pay for them.
