Re: Ten Things Tuesday
1. Ava Nichol's new favorite show is bubble guppies. She loves all the songs they sing every episode.
2. We are really starting to plan and talk about moving to the East Coast like it is actually going to happen. I am so excited. I think the soonest we could/will move is still 2 years out but it is nice to be making real plans.
3. We had no plans for this weekend and now we have too many and have to decide what we are going to have time for. I hate when this happens.
4. Ava Nichol has started putting food in her hair at every meal. I know it is just her exploring but I am trying to discourage it so we don't have to do a bath every night.
5. Our dog has been acting up lately. DH has been really crankytoo and I think this is why our dog is being bad but trying to get DH to realize this is difficult.
6. Our anniversary is coming up and we aretrying to decide what we want to do. I have some ideas for if we want to just get away from it all but I am afraid we will be bored so I am looking into things we can go do.
7. The summer reading program is over at the library and Ava Nichol's last gymnastics class is tomorrow. I enjoyed getting out of the house and she loved it too but now we have nothing to do again.
8. We took Ava Nichol to the county fair this weekend. It was super small and sad to see how few vendors and animals were there but Ava Nichol had a good time seeing the animals that were there.
9. My SIL is trying to guilt us into visiting for my nephew's 1st birthday but they live all the way across the country and we just don't have the $800 to drop on plane tickets right now or the time for DH to take off work.
10. I have started introducing Ava Nichol to the potty. I really have no expectations of it but I would love it if she potty trained early because she is prone to diaper rashes. So far she isn't really showing interest so I won't push it.

1. I want to make some bows for Ella, but not sure I will be able to find any time.
2. I'm so thankful for the help my family gives us. I tell them, but I don't think they know just how greatful I am that they come and spend a few hours here a week to let me get things done around the house.
3. My right boob gives off a lot more milk.
4. I'm glad we introduced the bottle, but now Eloise is a lazy eater. It's hard when I think she's done only to be screaming half an hour later. (off of the tap, not lazy on the bottle). She used to be a great little boob sucker.
5. Babies atelier starting to fuss, I'm still pumping
6. It bothers me how cheap I am sometimes.
7. Vaughn is crying.
8. FFC- I can't wait till 6-7 months to allow a little CiO. I'm talking a few min. I don't let them cry now, but I do feel a little bit of crying will teach them to self sooth. (in the future not now)
9. Gotta go.

2. Sometimes when I sneeze I pee a little :-/ I hate it so much!! It annoys me!!
3. My doctor talks way to much!!
4. I just ate breakfast but I'm hungry again!!

6. DH took the day off so that he could come with me to my appointment. I bet he's gonna regret it because we have a lot of things to do today.
7. We are taking some of DHs jewelry to the jewelers today to make them into earrings for LO!
8. One of our employees said his wife was in labor the other day (this is the third time she's gone into "labor") so DH asked him to bring a doctors note just to make sure he wasn't lying. The letter looks super fake and I don't know what to do, help!
9. I really want to go to ikea today, how can I convince DH to take me?? Lol he hates ikea O_o
10. FFC- I have no idea what ETA means.
11. I'm bored and did I mention hungry again?
1. Coming up with 10 things today seems really exhausting.
2. I need a nap in the worst way!
3. Venti - I agree with you on the CIO. I plan on doing more reading on the topic for sure but that's how I feel now.
4. Wiggy - Happy Anniversary! Our anniversary is Aug. 8th and we are trying to figure out something to do as well.
5. Bridget - I think ETA means Edited to Add? Not sure though. That's just how I read it.
6. I am having a HORRIBLE time concentrating at work. I am so ready for maternity leave. I haven't had a week of off work in the last 2 years.
7. Time for lunch. I brought some left over twice baked potatoes and corn. I really want a ceasar salad from Mcdonalds.
8. And a fountain soda coke. YUMMMM.....
9. I am ready for another weekend as well. DH works this coming weekend so I will have some me time. Looking forward to it!!
10. Is it 4pm yet??? I want to go home and take Oliver to dog park with DH.

Bridget-I went to the hospital 7 times before I finally had her. Every time I went to the hospital, I got admitted and therefore I got discharge papers. These papers are what I brought to my employer because they said for me to be on modified bed rest. I would think they would be able to bring in hospital discharge papers.
Venti-I know what you mean about wanting to be crafty but not having time. I just bought some fabric to make Ava Nichol a couple dresses but I am just hoping I can find the time to get them made before summer is over!
Kanels-Happy Anniversary! Ours isn't until Sept 6tch but my mom offered to watch her for a couple nights so we can actually go do something. This will be the first time we have gotten away since our honeymoon. We usually stay at a local casino so it isn't really a vacation. I am pretty excited but I can't decide which vacation would be best!

1. Wiggy - Where on the east coast are you looking to move?
2. Venti - I'm glad you have some help. I can only imagine how crazy things must be with two LOs.
3. Bridget - I swear every time I get up after going to the bathroom I pee myself...I'll sit there for hours rocking back and forth to get everything out, and the moment I walk away my muscles down there start contracting...I think it's from my IC...The life of a pregnant woman.
4. Bridget - I agree with wiggy. Ask them the next time it happens for discharge papers. Try to give them the benefit of the doubt though.
5. Kanels - Twice baked potatoes sound amazing!
6. Madeline - I have been super organizing my work space and writing out how-to lists on everything I do. I run a few programs and am the only one in the office who knows how, so it's really important that I have detailed lists on how to do things in case I don't end up having enough time to train someone completely. it makes me nervous to have someone take over my responsibilities, because if I come back from leave I will likely have at least some mess to clean up. Or maybe I'll be lucky and the person we hire will do great. Gotta stay optimistic.
7. Madeline - Sorry to hear about the wedding invite from your friend. That really is a bummer.
8. I believe we are interviewing people this week to see who we want to cover me while I am gone, and potentially longer if I don't come back. I can't believe I only have one more month of work before maternity leave!
9. I have been having horrible GERD the past week. Like every single night no matter if I am laying down, sitting up, eating bland food or eating salty food. I've always struggled with it anyways, but now it's just intensified.
10. DH and I have our baby basics class tonight! I am so excited! I can't wait to see him practice bathing and changing diapers. And I know this class is going to make him feel so much more confident about being able to care for his daughter, and that makes me so happy.
Sg-Right now we are looking at Virginia and North Carolina. We have family in Virginia and a good friend in NC. I am convincing my mom to move with us so it is partially up to her as well. My brother is in the Navy and stationed in VA right now but wants to end up in NY after all is said and done. We just want to be on the same coast so visiting will be easier. All of DH's family is here in this small town we live in right now but he is ready to move away from the toxicity.
We are looking for more seasonal weather, being able to live outside of town but still be close to town and bigger cities, somewhere that I can be a therapist and DH can drive truck locally and a good school system.

1) I really want to move to Boston (well outside Boston...) after spending the weekend there. DH says we have to wait a while - at least until LO is 3, because he doesn't want us to be that far from our families.
2) DH just got a phone call to interview for a teaching job at a school district an hour from our house. He's really excited, but I'm nervous. I'm on his insurance and if he were to take another job I don't know how that would effect our insurance. We can't afford the one my office offers (for me and the baby it would be over $300 a paycheck).
3) H is going to look at cars this week, a friend of ours works for a Toyota dealership and is going to help him get a really good deal on a matrix or a RAV 4.
4) I'm working on getting involved in the local movement for gay rights. I need something to do with my free time, which I realize will be non existent in a few months... but it's a cause I love.
5) I'm terrified for my doctor's appointment next week. I've convinced myself that something is wrong, for no reason. I need to stop reading the internet. H thinks I've lost my mind entirely.
Sg and wiggy- I get it that she can go a few times I know it can happen but we asked him for a letter and on the letter it's written by his wife excusing him :-/. It's written on like the back of a hospital paper but its signed by his wife and the hospital paper was cut off and u cant see anything, like not her name or anything.
Its weird but I'm just gonna drop it. I'm way to fat and in pain to care right now. Lol!!
Sg- hahaha, I swear I don't need to pee and DH and I will be having dinner and I'll sneeze and whoops Bridget peed a little!! Lol it sucks!!
