WTF Wednesday

Re: WTF Wednesday

  • WTF self.  I put mascara on while driving and didn't look in the mirror.  Well when I go to the bathroom after my meeting I see a big black mark where I hit my eyelid!

  • WTF mortgage officer! When you called me to ask if we could handle an $800 or $900 payment and I said yes! That would be very easy for us... That was NOT me saying that was all I was willing to pay. If you would have, you know, explained to me what you were asking, I could have given you a solid answer. We don't mind paying 1200 a month for mortgage, taxes, insurance and PMI... we were NOT happy receiving a pre-approval for $96000. Do you know what we can do with that where we live? Nothing! We paid off our old debt, have no car payments, no student loans. Why the heck was our number so low?! When I asked, her answer was, well, you said you could only handle $900... um, no. Definitely not what I said. Especially considering how well we did putting over a thousand a month into credit cards to pay everything off! Yuck! So, she is looking back into it, So ridiculous.

I would also like to WTF realtors. Those pretty pictures on your website? Those are a FAR cry from what you are ACTUALLY selling. Stop putting them through photoshop. Jeez.

  • WTF crazy students who wait last minute to come to school then get mad at me because credits don't come over!
"Anyone can be passionate, but it takes real lovers to be silly"
  • WTF dept supervisor, we have a 4 person dept and share a secretary with another. Why would you give 2 ppl off the same week knowing the secretary is also off and then give a one week notice and quit!?! So now there's 2 of us doing the work of 6 and it's month end so we gave to pull and run reports also! Gah. On the plus side, it's been so busy I haven't been eating lunch and am down 3 lbs, one more week until we're back to full staff...

I think they quote you a percentage of your income which is between 28%-35% depending on the lender.  I totally know where you are coming from though.  My first house I didn't qualify for much.  Also the more you can put down the more you can get too!

  • wtf coworker: you take 5 months off "stress leave" come back complain you don't get enough shifts and then get bitchy about people not wanting to take your one weekend shift. Take or leave it....we would all love weekends off, you are only casual, so if you don't need the shifts and are unwilling to work them...stop complaining about not getting enough.
  • WTF contractor! You screwed up my customer's tile work and made her cry! And you blame it on the tile itself? There is NO reason it should be crooked. NONE. Sloppy work! Glad I'll never use you again.
