Recommend your tank/cami

Mine are already on the short side. Now it's worse. What are your favorites? I like ones that have thinner straps and no bra inside of them :) TIA!

Re: Recommend your tank/cami

  • I wear Old Navy jersey stretch tami's almost every day and can still wear the non maternity ones, but not for long. The maternity tami's are great for me to wear under shorter shirts, and for when I just want to wear a tank top.

Not suprisingly, I wore nonmaternity target tanks, sized up, my whole pregnancy and even now.

  • You could just buy the Old Navy ones that are Tall.  That adds a couple inches.  The basic layering camis come in tall.

I buy my shirts longer in regular life so I am perplexed by this.

  • I am wearing ones from Kohl's.  They are non-maternity but are pretty long - I just recently bought a size up to accomodate me for a while.  They come in a bazillion colors and are like $6.

i don't buy mine long. Plus, I dry them and they shorten. Even not pregnant, they didn't stay down and barely met the waist on my jeans.  They are just short.... Always have been.

  • I found just going a size up in regular tanks worked well for me until 35/36 weeks. I don't know if you have one near you or if you can order them online, but Motherhood Maternity had tanks that have worked well with my really long torso. They were also pretty cheap when I got them.
