Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Vent (not pr)
Our anniversary was last week. DH needs a new iPod badly, so using credit card rewards point I went to go buy him one. It has to be a 6th generation because his mac is OS 10.5.8. The description says compatible with 10.4.11 or better. Great! It arrives and it needs 10.6.8. Fine. I contact chase and they say to return it and they'll refund the points. No problem. So I look on amazon using points and find a 6th generation. Wonderful! I order it. It arrives. And it's a 7th gen. WTF?!?!?! The confirmation sheet that they sent with it says 6th gen. I can't USE 7th gen! I called the company and left a message but I am not happy. Our anniversary was 10 days ago and he still doesn't have his gift and I feel like a bad wife.
No real point to this, just annoyed and want to get it out.

To respond to your post, I totally would be pissed too. It's so irritating sometimes to order things online. I hope it gets resolved soon.
