I have my follow up appt today for my knee. I had a reeval last week at PT and I was in a lot of pain after that and when I went to PT on Saturday and told them I was in pain she was wondering if I also tore my meniscus. We'll see! I have PT at 10:30 and my appt at 2:45. I'll let you know what they say. I'm *hoping* they just say that they will keep me in PT until the end of the year. Other than the pain for a few days after the reeval, it is starting to feel better.

Ugh Abbie that would definitely suck to have a meniscus tear in there too. I mean granted the surgical procedure isn't too bad but its still surgery which sucks.
Maybe the re-eval just broke up some scar tissue in there or something and it's not really torn?? I'll cross my fingers for you!!
I know with my meniscus tear I had actually self-diagnosed it (I know bad trainer) and lived with it for 2 years because I didn't have health insurance then as soon as I went full time here I headed to the doc and by that time I couldn't even tolerate the EFX without being in a ton of pain. Although the fact that during the 2 year time span I still was teaching step aerobics, running, etc probably didn't help
