As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

The H woke me up this morning by saying, "You have to come look at the living room." 6:30 a.m., no caffeine yet, this is what I see:

The first day we had our xmas tree this year, one of our cats could not accept that the tree was not just a gigantic sprig of cat nip and insisted on eating the needles, which resulted in my finding puddles of noble fir needle-sprinkled puddles of barf the next day. Cats are such fun.
This is why we don't have a tree.
She's over the tree-eating now--no one likes to throw up!
Kitties are so bad, but so fun!
My cats mess with a lot of stuff, but not my yarn. They know who buys their kibble.
The needles on the other hand...
This is why we have a fake tree! It's not my first choice, but cat barf wins every time.
