Buffalo Chicken Dip

I know this has been posted many times, and I have printed it out before, but cannot find it! Can someone please post the recipe? Also, what does it go best with? Crackers, celery?

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip

  •  i serve with tostitos and celery.

    Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

    1 cup Ranch dressing

3/4 cup Franks red hot sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

In a mixer, mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch and hot sauce.

    Spread in a casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

I usually serve with tortila chips.

Edit: Ha you beat me too it Allie! :)

  • Oh, goody, I was about a week and a half away for asking for this.  I'm thinking about making it for a Rose Bowl party.  It's also a great excuse to get one of those mini crock pots!

  • Ditto the mini crock pot idea - that worked really well for us. And I love it with bread - either small slices like crostini or some cubed french or italian bread is yummy!
