What days are you off next week?
When does your christmas break start for you? How many days are you off?
Our work Christmas party is on Tuesday (catered lunch/dinner at the office) so I will be busy decorating for that in the morning and party in the afternoon so that really isn't a work day for me. Then Wed is Christmas Eve and my dad usually sends everyone home around 11am...woohoo! I'm off Christmas day obviously and my dad decided to shut the office down on Friday. My IL's come the week after Christmas so I'm taking vacation that whole week. SO basically Monday will be my last day of work until the 5th of Jan. I can't WAIT!

I just have Christmas Day, the day after, and New Year's Day. I'm working all of my other usual days since I have several deadlines Jan. 5.
Since my family is local and others in my office travel, I'm only off this Thursday and next Thursday, the 25th and the 1st.
But, I'm trying to save my days off for later next year anyway, so it's not too bad.
Only thing that will suck is the exhaustion -- I'm taking turkey breasts to the shelter at 7 a.m. Christmas morning so the animals can have a Christmas treat, and then we're hosting and cooking for both sides of the family, so I imagine I'll be exhausted sometime late afternoon, after all the presents have been opened and just as all the clean-up has to start!
Just Thursday is a holiday for us. I'm currently scheduled to be off Friday, but not sure.
We're actually celebrating Christmas with my family this weekend out near Pittsburgh.
All of next week is paid vacation, and we're back in the office Mondaythe 29th. We have a half day on New Years Eve and the day off on the 1st. Back to work on Friday the 2nd. I might take that day off to have another long weekend! I can never admit when the Holidays are over, I look forward to them all year.

I'm officially on vacation!
I worked 4X10 this week, so I'm off tomorrow.
The plant is shut down December 22 - January 4th, reopening the 5th. So I'm off work from Friday, December 19th through January 5th! I don't think I've been off work this long since college!
