As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

OK, maybe I'm expecting too much. I mean I've only been with this company for 16 years, almost half my life and what do I get but a cake saying we'll miss you. Not a card signed by everyone.....I guess I kinda expected them to give me a going away like others had that have been here for awhile. You know a nice little going away. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, no.. I shouldn't be at all.
I may be sounding childish, but damn it, I wanted to be treated like everyone else that left. i have senioirty over pretty much everyone who left and what did it get me? A big fat nothing. Boy, way to make me feel good.
