Hi! Would you be willing to email me and share some info about the builder you used and what developments you looked at in Mechanicsburg? DH and I have an appt. Tuesday with Ryan Homes at the Rivendell location. I don't think it's in our price range, but DH is so excited, so I'm just going along .

I only hopped on for a minute. I am getting ready to leave for NY tomorrow for the holidays but wanted to send you a quick reply. we looked at fair hill and the preserve for charter. we did look at rivendell - i can't remember which builder but we just looked at the model. we looked at a few models on lambs gap between wegmans and wertzville but I don't remember the name. we also went and looked at bella vista but the only thing left was the model.
we ended up going with charter and there were a few hiccups but all in all we're very happy with the final product so far. I am in NY till Sunday so I'll try to send you some more info when I get home. We don't have reliable internet here yet.
