Anyone have a link to that mashed potato post from a month or so ago? The google is giving me all sorts of horrible results on What's Cooking.
Trying to find a recipe to take to Christmas dinner. Thanks!
Re: mashed potato post?
Does it have to be mashed potatoes?
Here are my fave potatoes, though I think you're a bit more of a gourmand than I am.

ooh, thanks! Those look tasty, and I like your blog!
We were specifically asked by FIL's best friend's wife to bring mashed potatoes. I think I'm making these, as I love rosemary and have a bunch I need to use up:

And of course, I'll add garlic and some sort of cheese!
Love that I came to A06 before epicurious this time!
Thanks for the blog compliments!
I like the rosemary potatoes--those look awesome! We do a big Christmas Eve dinner with my family, then we come back over on Christmas morning for presents, but we're on our own for Christmas dinner. I think I'll make the rosemary ones for the two of us on Christmas Day! We're making risotto for the family dinner, yum.

the "death by mashed potatoes" is very similar to what I make - except I micrograte 2 smallish yellow onions into it instead of bacon. And I use Yukon Gold potatoes.
Bunny's potatoes also look fantastic.
Thanks, tlcS!
Are Yukon gold better than regular potatoes?
