Who all felt the earthquake??
I did! My dogs woke up and started to bark! I saw on facebook that people in Lancaster felt it! I wonder where it originated from! My christmas tree was shaking!

Re: Who all felt the earthquake??
the whole house rattled ... i thought it mightve been a really big truck driving by, but when it lasted a good 20 seconds i figured it was an earthquake. DH thought it couldve been a nuclear explosion ... thanks husband. now i cant sleep.
my first earthquake though. love the science involved, but it definitely scared me.
Haha! That made me laugh out loud about the nuclear explosion idea. If there was one I would for sure not be alive to be posting.
I thought it was a REALLY BIG truck at first too, but trucks that big aren't allowed in my neighborhood so I knew it wasn't one.
apparently the nuclear explosion was a reasonable thought ... my stepdad thought the same thing.
i said to DH after we tried to settle back to sleep ... "well, in case i dont wake up, i love you." DH's response ... "oh we'd already be dead".
he's so romantic.
haha! That is pretty funny!
We're pretty sure we did--we're at my parents house in Dillsburg still. Just after midnight our nightstand started to shake for about 3 seconds pretty loudly. I thought it was Sadie or our cat. We turned our light on quick and both of them were on the floor at the end of the bed so we knew they didn't touch it. We didn't even realize that there was an earthquake until we had breakfast this morning with the IL's and FIL said it was felt all the way to Mechanicsburg.?
It is so weird how more and more of these have been happening in Central Pa over the past year or so.?
I felt it in southern York. I was laying on the couch and knew by the long rumbling what it was....it felt exactly like one I'd been in as a child. My DH was walking up the stairs and didn't feel a thing. Funny...I was the only one in my family who felt the first one I'd been in. I'd been laying on the couch then too!
