Update

Thanks to my wonderful dh and my friends and family I managed to have a nice Christmas.  I got food and lots of gifts.  I'm still on the medication and today they have to change my IV which makes me nervous since I have small veins and it took 10 minutes to find this one.  I'm also going for another internal u/s to see if anything has changed and I guess they'll decide what to do from there.  I also think we might have settled on a name.  Olivia Grace.  I'm reluctant to tell her what it is because I don't want her thinking that if she has a name that she can come out early to use it!Stick out tongue.  Please keep praying and thinking of us!

PS  I update my blog more frequently than I post on here if you want to keep up.

Re: Update

  • Glad you had a better holiday than you thought.  And the name is beautiful -- classic and elegant.  Good luck with the IV and ultrasound!
  • I'm glad you had a nice Christmas! You are in my prayers! And that is a BEAUTIFUL name!

  • I am very glad to hear you had a good Christmas!  I will send you positive iv thoughts, my veins are hard to find too so I understand where you are coming from.  They always freak me out but it is amazing how well they can put them in when you are in the hospital.

I hope the u/s goes well.  You are in my prayers.

  • Olivia Grace is our name of the moment  too!!! I love it!  Glad to hear you had a nice Christmas...hope she stays put for awhile!
  • Thanks for the update Brandy.  You continue to be in my thoughts.  Merry Christmas.
  • I'm glad you had a nice Christmas despite having to be in the hospital.  I'll be thinking of you today, and hoping that your IV switch goes smoothly and you get some good news after your check-up.

    Beautiful name choice as well!

  • I have been following your blog and am glad to hear that things are looking okay.  Beautiful name!  I will keep you and your daughter in my prayers... best wishes for several more weeks there!
  • I'm glad you had a nice holiday with your family.

My thoughts are definitely with you, hoping that this time can go as quickly as possible.  I'm sure it isn't easy staying in the hospital but I hope you keep your little girl in there as long as possible.  Good thoughts to you!
