Standing on train between SF & ABQ makes for a grumpy flame
It really does. I love the train. But this whole everyone and all their family taking joy rides is making teh long haul commuters very grumpy. The train was filled with kids and parents/grandparents on Monday. I am allergic to large does of kids. SOmeone tell me it will get better. Please?
Re: Standing on train between SF & ABQ makes for a grumpy flame
It will get better!
I can't imagine parents would want to do that with their kids more than once.
LOL! Your post made me laugh 'cause I was thinking about riding the train while I'm up there for Christmas. I don't have any plans in SF, I just wanted to go to check out the train.
Yeah, definitely less kids & tourists today. But then they cancelled work so I was on teh 11:15am coming home. But it still had folkd standing, just not like yesterday..
I actually really like the train. It's just new so everyone wants to ride. If you decide to take it definitely get in at Alvarado Center downtown and try to get a seat on the top - the views are great. And the Los Ranchos/Journal Center parking lot doesn't have enough space and by teh time the train gets to Bernalillo It's full on the late morning trains. And get on in Santa Fe at the Railyard.
