New Year's Eve Plans

So. . . This is the first New Year's Eve that my husband has not had to work since we have been together. I am clueless as to what we should do! What are your plans for New Year's Eve?

Re: New Year's Eve Plans

  • We usually stay around the house and hang out with the neighbors.  It is sooo much easier to just run inside and put the baby to bed when she gets tired and still be able to hang out in the front yard and visit with our friends.  I think we may also bbq something for dinner.

  • We are going to a party at the Bourbon Blues Club that one of our friends hosts every year.

  • I know. Staying home is probably the safest! But we never go anywhere. So I kind of wanted to make it special.

During the day I always take my son to the Zoo and toast the New Year with him at noon with Radio Disney! That is our tradition.

I hope everyone on here has a safe and Happy New Year.

  • This year I think we are going to stop by 2 parties at our friends houses and ring in the New Year at home with the neighbors.  I will probably be inside with the baby trying to keep her sleeping.  I am unsure how she is going to react with all the noise.
  • I know until my son was three he was terrified of loud fireworks. Now he love's them.

For 4th of July I was worried that DS would be up all night, but he didn't make a peep.

Good Luck.  I'm worried about it now b/c he's been sick so he wakes up easily
