did you know...
that in the movie stephenie meyer makes a cameo? I read it somewhere yesterday. I guess she was at the diner and the waitress says something like "here's your 4 zillion dollars" I'm not sure if thats exactly what she said, but I didn't realize that she was making an appearance in the movie.

Yes, she's in the movie, in the diner. A lot of film creators make cameos in their movies - Stephen King, M. Night Shyamalan ... I'd do it if something I created became a movie!
If you do ever make a cameo, I bet you won't look as stupid as she did...

Yeah, I read that but missed it the first time I saw the movie. The 2nd time I was like "wait, who was that? I know here" then it dawned on me. Oh duh. It's SM.
yeah, the cameo was a bit cheesy.
Jennifer Weiner did a VERY brief cameo in In Her Shoes but you have to know exactly where to look to see her. Much more tastefully done, IMO. But then again, I have a little bit of a girl crush on Jennier Weiner

Per IMDB, it's in the Italian Market scene, she's behind Toni Collette, and her agent is with her. I haven't seen it in a long time so now I can't actually picture that scene.
I think here sister actually has a very brief line in the movie too.
