a sympathy card????? The front of it says "Thinking of you" but when you read the inside it is obviously a sympathy card.

Uh, I'm in the hospital, not dead. This is my least favorite aunt and she is very self absorbed so I'm not surprised but it did make me laugh.
Re: My aunt sent me
TTC since Jan 07. Dx with PCOS Jan 08
Maybe that is the only card she had?? That is funny.
I hope your new diet is going well and your blood sugar stays low. Sorry for previously enabling your cookie eating desire!
Obviously she didn't take the time to read it -- Glad it made you laugh!!!
I would say she probably just saw the front and figured the inside said something about getting better?? That's when you should just buy a card that is blank on the inside and write your own message...
ha, she prolly didn't read the inside.
I have an aunt that, for lack of a better word, she is ditzy (her pastor at church once called her flakey, LOL) anyway she sent me a valentines day card on my birthday one year by accident. She said she just saw the pretty picture on the front and new I loved pink. Now she is always sending me random cards for the wrong things at the wrong time of the year as a joke. Makes me laugh everytime.
That is interesting.
DH had a great aunt that once gave him a birthday card that said "Happy Birthday Grandson" . . with Grandson crossed out and Nephew written in . . oh yeah it wasn't even his birthday either.
