I'm reading the UCC and I'm falling asleep at my desk! Anyone work with the UCC that can point me in the right direction? Frankly, I'm not even sure it applies to our situation.....

OK, my only knowledge of UCC stuff relates to sale of goods. I have no idea about this type of situation. Weird.
My boss is also a lawyer, but never practiced. He likes to bring up crazy irrelevant issues then make me figure it all out.
